IRON FIRE- On the Edge
I feel like I'm listening to an 80's glam band, except there is double bass. The vocals remind me of the singer from Pretty Boy Floyd. The music isn't anything extremely heavy. It sounds like something I would have heard back then. I like glam, so this is great to me.

KAMELOT- Karma
I was getting extremely bored in the beginning waiting for the CD to start. The into is something I would hear in a movie, getting ready for some big fight scene. There are flutes and shit, I didn't care for it. Anyway, once track 2 kicks in, I realize this is some power metal. I don't like the sound of the keyboards. They sound extremely fake. I like the guys "signing" voice, but that's about the extent of it. They are really technical and great musicians. Not my thing.

SISTHEMA- The Fourth Discontinuity
This is pretty damn good. The music reminds of me Meshuggah. The only thing I don't really care for, the breaks in between vocals can get to be a bit long and repetitive. The vocals remind me of Max (ex-Sepultura). It's pretty fucking heavy. The drummer has the double bass flying. Good stuff.

ELEGY- Forbidden Fruit
The music starts off really heavy. I did that a lot. This is power metal. It is good. The vocal range is really all over. He is doing real singing and then higher pitched singing and then he has some background vocals which sound really good. The guitar work seems real technical.

IROM SAVOR- Dark Assault
This starts off a little boring, just long intro and everyone knows I can't stand them. But then it kicks in and it is alright. This is some power metal too, but the guys voice is a little lower. The drummer has a pretty tight sound, he is flying on the double bass.

KREATOR- Past Life Trauma
This is a CD with some of their old stuff on here. From 1985-1992. Some rare tracks are on this too. So I would say this is for the Kreator fan to pick up!

VIRGIN STEELE- The House of Atreus Act 11
This is a double CD. I don't care for this much though. When the guy actually sings, I think he is trying to hard. Either that or he is just sounding too feminine for me. Some of the guitar sound is a little too high for me too. I don't have any of their old stuff, so I can't compare this to anything they did before. Sorry!
