PAVEMENT/ CRASH MUSIC

I thought I was done listening to power metal for the day. Christ. I have three CD's here. I'm going to be able to sum three of them up real quick. METALIUM-Millennium Metal is power metal. The vocals aren't killing me, they aren't as gay as like Judas Priest or anything. The music is fast and that is also keeping my sanity. Now I have KREATOR'S new one and SODOM'S new one, Code Red. Maybe it is because I'm super young and when the metal heads were listening to there guys, I was running around in spandex listening to Guns N' Roses and the Bulletboys, (like Ian from Burial, hehe). So I can't compare these to anything they have released, because I don't have anything. Kreator isn't power metal (thank god!). This doesn't sound bad. It isn't very heavy, or anything, but I don't know if it suppose to be. Sodom is okay too. This isn't power metal either! Yeah! This is pretty good, actually, I like this better than Kreator. The vocals aren't anything special or anything. This isn't death metal. The music is fast as shit, and I like it.

INTERNAL BLEEDING-Driven to Conquer
I love this. I can't stop listening to it. Bill is god, he is an incredible drummer. You can't even compare Frank and Ray, they use to different vocal styles. Frank use to growl through the whole CD and Ray uses those scratchy death metal vocals. It is fast, and it just rules!

DEFLESHED-Fast Forward
I think I got this from Pavement. If not, sorry about that!! This is so great!!! The drummer is so fast, it is hard to follow what he is doing, he is all over the kit! The vocals are kinda like a mix of death and black metal. He isn't doing any of those screams or anything high pitched, but I'm not hearing any super low growls either. I would pick this up if I was you!

MALEVOLENT CREATION-Manifestation
This is the promo copy, the real copy has 20 songs on it plus some live stuff. I have been a fan of these guys since the beginning and I like everything they put out. Now, from just glancing at the song titles and hearing this, it looks like compilation of all their stuff. (I guess next time, I should read the flier that comes with it!) There are a couple songs on there from In Cold Blood, Eternal, Joe Black, one from the Ten Commandments. In my opinion, these guys are the fore fathers of death and if you are into these guys at all, you should pick this up. I'm going to!

TRANSPORT LEAGUE-Satanic Panic
This singer here reminds me of the singer for ProPain. I don't know why, they don't sound the same, but when I hear this, he is the first guy to pop into my head. The music is like a Machine Head/Pantera type. It is good. Pretty heavy.
